On August 3, 2011, I needed some assistance with a school academic writing exercise. They debited my bank account for $720.00. I gave Essaytown.com my project guidelines and I told them that I needed it back by August 30. An Alan Green name was attached to my case. The specified time came and went and I received NOTHING! No email, no phone call, NOTHING! Then they emailed on August 23 and said my order could not be completed and that my money would be REFUNDED. Nothing has returned to my bank account! None of my emails regard my refund $720.00 have been responded to. How can I file a criminally fraudulent complaint against ESSAYTOWN.COM? Please let me know. I have my bank statments, their email bills, and statement saying they did not do the job and would refund? But nothing has happened! Stay away from them because it is a fraudulent operation.
