I placed an order for 4 x two luxuriously soft and warm pashmina scarves back in August 2012. I received half my order last week and there is nothing luxuriously about them, they were also the wrong colour.
I have had contact with WPFP but it takes days to get a reply. They are really good with not answering my questions and asking for the 4th time for more information about my order. They are just trying to waste my time. I have currently sent more than 15 email, 7 facebook message, spend more than 5 hours chasing this. My hourly rate at work +$35 a hour, so therefore should I expect to be paid for my time?
It is beyond a joke. I know is only $20 but it the point.
