I ordered both the Sylk and Vitalyze cream to try and now have received these items without my authorization. I do NOT want these products anymore and am upset that they are using my credit card for this.

- The Fulfillment Lab is a third party warehousing and shipping company. You did not purchase the product from us. On the back of all products there is a customer service number or email that you can utilize to speak with the company that sent you this product. If you do not have that number you can email [email protected] and let her know which product you received and she can give you the appropriate contact information.
