I applied for a payday loan online to ease the money situation over the newyear period, i typed in my details and this rip off company took £69.50 out of my account. I have not signed an agreement nor have i authorised them to take out this money. There is no number or contact details to enable me to get a refund which my bank have said that loansexpress must adhere to if i have requested. Can anyone help me please.
