I purchased a copy of MS Office Pro 2010 on 3/21/2011 (See activation email details below).

My now ex-wife destroyed my computer and I have been attempting to rebuild a new system. I have been trying to activate my Office Pro again without success. I follow the links, and input the info as they say and when I talk to Microsoft they tell me I have an invalid copy. The guy I spoke to said my registration code has been activated over 200 times.

I have tried to contact the company several times with no responses. They have got to be a fraud! How do I get my money back?

*This copy of Microsoft Office Professional has 3 Computer Activations. Below you will be provided with detailed instructions of how to download and activate your software.

Please follow the download instructions below: Please note that any previous versions of Microsoft Office that you have currently installed on your computer will automatically upgrade when steps are followed below. If you
do not have any version of Microsoft Office installed on your computer, you will simply follow the steps below to download and activate the software to your computer.

You will be able to use these instructions for 3 different computer activations. Please repeat steps when installing and activating the software on multiple computers.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETE INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION:
1. Use the following link to download and install Microsoft Office Professional 2010:

2. Once you have downloaded the software, your software will be provided with the
setup/installation file. Please Run the file. During the installation you will be prompted to enter your product activation code below:

3. Once you have received a green check mark, the program will continue and automatically close.

4. Now you will REOPEN one of the programs for example Microsoft Office Word.

5. You will see a screen to fully activation your software with Microsoft. You will have two choices for activation: Activate by Internet or Activate by phone).

6. First try the activation process by internet, if your product fails to activate by internet, use the phone activation. (The phone activation will never fail to successfully activate your software). When using the telephone method, you will be asked to enter the number of times that the product key has been activated, please make sure to press 1.

7. Congratulations, your software is successfully activated and ready for use.
