I place an order for a Seahawks Jersey, thinking this was an official site. I still haven't received anything from them yet it says that everything ships within 24 hours so orders should be received within 4 days. I have contacted their customer service 3 times since I placed the order and have gotten no reply - yet it says they will reply back within 24hrs. When I got my paypal receipt it had a name different than the company name. I have gotten another e-mail from them with tracking information from a totally different e-mail address, with a link to track the order that leads to nowhere. I even tried plugging the number into USPS & UPS, but nothing comes up. Needless to say, I'm not really expecting anything to show up.

I received my jersey 1/4/13, but it is an imitation. I still haven't received any contact from the company, but they responded to Paypal after I filed a claim.
Update: 09/16/2013
Paypal took over after I filed a claim and ruled in my favor. They managed to get all of the money I paid back to me. Everything was settled by 2/5/13.
