Since approximately 9/1/2009 this web-site has been billing my Discovercard $ 14.95 a month for a "service" which I never requested. I can receive VERY limited information from their tel#
1-413-252-0707. And when one calls the tel# given at that number
(888-596-9279) it is akin to a "900"numer (SEX)! The email given is
[email protected].
Initially I had emailed them to return all monies from date first billed immedially or I would report them to BBB. They responded
within the hour with a seemingly "standard" letter stating my account had been cancelled as of today.
This is totally UNACCEPTABLE under any circumstances.
