This Palm Lon Advances took $30.00 out of my account which then caused a $34.00 NSF Fee. I called my bank and they said that they have had many fraud reports from this company. However, I have to try and contact them first. If they refuse to give me my money back (to which they had no Authorization) then my bank will report it as fraud. Best thing is to close your account, the account number they have & open a new one.
