I checked my checking account today and notice a $30.00 debit after look at the electronic check I called the company at 866-789-3108, I was told by the 1st rep that this was a processess fee, I said for what I never got any kind of loan from your company and I want my money back, she told me that the only way I could get my money back was to process a loan with them I told her I didn't want a loan and she said that their wasn't anything they could do, so I called my bank they started a investigation and advised me to do a police report. I called the company back and got Mary ID#320, she started with the samething about me processess a loan I told he that my bank advised me to do a police reportand report this as fraud and her attitude change she went ahead and cancelled whatever this was and said that she will process my refund but it might take up to 30 days I told her if my refund was not done in 10 days I was report the company for fraud. How are you going to charge me for something that I never got or applied for, someone used my maiden name to try and apply for a loan.
