I have been reading all the reviews about this company and unfortunately they are all after we hire them to do our move. i complete agree with all this reviews an i am going to see what else i can do to have this company close. i cannot believe they can still be operating and causing people a lot of damages.

As others here, i was given a quote and then a contract with a cost of $2500, well to my surprise i ended up with a total charge of $5300, which i was able remove like $600 after few fights over the phone. it is the WORST people i have ever done business with. it is too bad that YELP does not have the Minus STAR rating because i don’t even think they deserve one star.

Besides the over charged and the rudeness of all people that i talked too, When i received all my belongings, a lot of things were damaged, with no repair as well some missing items which include Jewelry and expensive watches ( Estimated Value $10,000) so i lost much more money than the $2300 they over charged me. I opened a claim with Marissa (Claims Manager) and send all forms and photos of the damage items to get the insurance pay for them, well after 2 or more months she wrote me back to tell me that they will only pay $56 dlls for all the things that were damage or stolen but i have to signed some papers to get the check back, of course i will not signed the documents, i already sent an email to Marissa to let her know but of course she never reply back.

I have all pictures and documents i sent to them so my next step is to open a police report for the stolen items and also file a complaint on the BBB, FMCSA and as many website where i can put my story out so this company does not Scam more people.
