I ordered this FREE product online. It was supposed to be a one off payment for postage and packaging of £5.00. They then took my bank details from this card and processed a payment of £89.91 on the 7th of December,without my consent!!!!! Disgusting. I have had to inform my bank and cancel my card when I need it the most around Xmas!!!!!. My bank is fully supporting me on this matter. Firstly I have to get in touch with you. If I do not get instant feedback I will report back to them for them to follow the matter up.
