I ordered the DC FAWCETT short sale program on July 20th, 2011. After receipt of the product I realized it was useless information and that I was being charged monthly fee, and other fees, that were not discussed upfront. I cancelled this product within 30 days of receiving, and that are giving me the run around (i.e "you have to cancel within 30 days of ordering"), even though it took 2 weeks for me to receive the product.
