I recieved an add from "Overstock .com" about how I could purchase items for pennies on the dollar by joining Zbiddy.com and clicking on site. When I tried to proceed they asked for my identity and credit card infromation which I gave because I had previously purchashed items from "Overstock" before with no problems. I then began to bid for an item which I bid for awhile before someone else won, I then moved to another item which I bid on but become tired of the process and quit and logged off. After awhile I thought about what happened and decided to find out how much this cost me and logged back onto the site but was confused about how to find information as to the cost and pushed button for "Service Representative, (Leanne)", she told me that I had purchased a 100 bid package and that I had used 82 bids, that the package cost $60.00 and that I had 60 days to use remaining bids and that they gave me 10 free bids with 28 bids remaining. (I never at any time signed up for or knew anything about any bid package or the costs involved.) I then told her that: "Ok, I learned an expensive lesson, please close my account and credit my 28 bids and charge remaining amount to my credit account! She told me that she couldn't close my account and asked me for contact information so someone could call me the next day as she wasn't authorized to cancell my account. No one called the next day so I logged onto this site. My opinion is this is a scam that people are sucked into without knowing the details and it acually is a gambling operation where people think they are bidding a penny for a bid instead of $.60 a bid, (which is comparable to sitting infront of a slot maching and pumping 50 cents into the slots.) You can use up $60.00 in a hurry with no return for you money and nothing to show for it! (I have a printout of my conversation with the Service Rep.)

  • Even I can say that Zbiddy has got nice features. There are many auction sites who are fraud. According to me, Zbiddy.com is legit and good.
