This is the teaxt of a letter sent to the company - Dear Sir,
I purchased Spyhunter on the 6th of June 2012 at a cost of 47.99. The expiry date for the progamme was named at the time as the 6th June 2013. However you have seen fit to debit my account in late December of £30.00. Why has this happened without my permission?. I would like this amount immediately refunded to my account and any other debits that may have been taken since without my permission.
I never used the programme because my computer crashed completly and I replaced it last August. I am astounded that you have taken £30 pounds off my account for no apparent reason. I am not in the financial position where I can ignore such unnecessary losses. I would like you to then cancel all arrangements regarding your programme and to destroy ny card number. I will be in touch with my bank to prevent any further payments.
My order number at the time was------------ and I have retained the original 'safecart' receipt emailed to me last June.
I expect that you will take immediate action to right this wrong by return of email. I will postpone any further action on this matter until I hear your explanation.
