Company cannot be contacted by phone, only through email to Victoria3BSoftware.com. After I downloaded Mozilla Firefox, the Registy repair pro screen popped up offering to correct registry errors. I signed up and paid $29.99 online. After four tries of trying
to register and get the download, I was unable to do so, and was charged $29.99 four times. Card Services called me about these four charges, and they wiped out three of them. Seven days after the initial payment (12/14/12),I did not hear from anyone at 3BSoftware (I could not contact them by phone and was not provided with an URL to email them. Yesterday I was able to find an email address (12/22/12)and I contacted the company
and asked for assistance concerning the problem. Their response was to email me back with a link to download the software. I tried three times and nothing was accomplished. Then I saw some complaints online that suggested this was a scam operation. It may not be a scam, but is certainly smells fishy.
