Placed an order for 4 boxes of hair color, discontinued brand, on June 17. My credit card was immediately charged. Got a receipt with no confirmation number. Contacted customer service when no order arrived within a month. Received a note saying I would receive a tracking number and product would be shipped in about a week. Never came. Emailed again. No response. Cannot contact them by phone. You get a message asking for an extension. Seems they are in the business of scamming people. Ship the order or refund my money.
