David Steve Walker reported to me that he was in jail. Mr. James Roman and Officer Edit John told me first: 8,100.00, then $16,200, then $7,100 which I paid to have Mr. David Walker released and he would be able to fly to
Dallas, Texas (DFW Airport) and they would take him personally to airport in Madrid and stay with him until he had boarded the plane.
Now after paying all this money they will not
answer any email. Before all the bail money
Mr. David Steve Walker had gotten my help for months for his different problems. the total amount that he owes me is $133,050.00. He has signed documents for up to $96,750 that he owes to me. But after these officers took over he never signed any documents of what he owed to me even though the Officer Edith John told me she would get him to sign every document and she offered and I accepted her offer to take him to airport and stay with him until he was in the air.

She gave me her telephone number but it is not answered. Neither is Mr. David Steve Walker answering his phone nor does he respond to emails.

Are these officers at Bellview Police Station?
Did they release Mr. David Walker without supervision so that he could leave and go wherevr he pleased. I would never have paid his "bail" - if they are true officers which I believed they were - unless they would escort him to Madrid Airport and stay there until he was on plane to come to Dallas, Texas so that he could repay me all the money.

He says he has over one million dollars in Chase Bank.

What can I do to recover my money that he owes to me? Are thse real officers or have I been scammed?

I have all their emails and I have all the receipts from the very beginning with Mr. David Walker and also wire transfers to these Officers.
