I placed an order for a hollister jumper on the 11/12/12. The money was taken out instantly. I waited a couple of days as I still had no confirmation on the order. I spoke to the online support and they assured me I would get confirmation on my order when it has been dispatched and to not worry. They couldn't give me any more information as they said they didn't have access to my order and would need to contact customer services ([email protected]) which I did on several occasions and still to this day have had no response.
