I'm from the UK and I bought the advertised steam mop but when it eventually arrived (in September 2012) after much chasing up of the order, it was faulty, dangerously overheating and becoming too hot to hold.
I asked for information about how to return it, followed the instructions immediately.
No acknowledgement was made by their customer service. After I had emailed several times I received a request for proof of postage which I immediately emailed. Since then I have had emails ( in very poor English) asking for me to send again but no response to my request for a refund and I am still waiting. It is now 4 months! This is becoming increasingly like a huge scam although the website appeared genuine. The steam mop I ordered was as described so they must be getting them from somewhere. I would warn anyone who is potentially looking for any thing this company/person has on offer to look elsewhere.
