Entered into a contract to build a custom car, the car was to be complete by May 2012. Mr. Cain on or about 21 June 2011 received a 3800 supercharged engine that was rebuilt by Jeff Ianitello 532-B Industrial Drive Woodstock, GA 30189 (Engineered Performance (404) 394-5776). The cost of the engine, transmission, wiring harness, computer and rebuild was $1850.00. Mr. Cain stated he installed the 3800 supercharged engine in another customer’s car. It did not belong to him and without the owner’s permission. Statement was made on 13 December 2012.

Mr. Cain also removed additional parts form the car and installed them onto other customer’s cars. Parts that were taken without the owners permission include: battery, hood, tail lights, interior pieces, body panels, side windows, custom hood scoop/vent, LED marker lights, radio antenna, mirrors, cross drill/slotted rotors, bolts, screws, fasteners.

Mr. Cain received $8000.00 by check and did not complete any work on car since May 2011 while telling car owner he was working on it. Mr. Cain was given a second opportunity to complete car or refund owner and did not follow thru. Mr. Cain tried to extort more money from car owner on 08 December 2012.

Car owner did not find out the engine and parts had been stolen by Mr. Cain until 13 December 2012.

The cost to refund the cash and parts stolen by Mr. Cain are estimated at $14,800.00.
