I log in and placed order 15th of december on the website www.ctobuys.com, buying two handbags. They didn't send me any confirmation mail at any point just found out today they took my money out of account. i tried to contact them but they don't respond. Can you please help me what to do ? the name which show up who took my money was WFTONE TECH LTD CN
