I RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE mail on decmber 19th,2012 stating there was 4$21,000.00.if i sent in $12.99 plus$3.99then i would be a winner.you don't pay to win money.if you win you win.so if i won then send me my money.this is fraud and yes i can take you to court over this.you better do what is right in god's eyes and send the money.no one pays to get money.do it and i want my money by dec.25th or a lawyer i will see. people can't let folks like you keep on doing this to them.ANNA CARY.email: (Personal Information Removed).
