I purchased a Groupon offer for a sail on
San Fancisco bay with a company called Bay Area Excursions. I tried to make reservations for the sail several times but space was never available. Bay Area Excursions now does not respond to messages and there is no way to reach them. Groupon refuses to remedy the problem despite its "Groupon Promise" with says "we'll make it right or refund your money."
