I had applied to a couple of short term loan companies on line. I received a call from a Mr. Tony Hartman of PayDayLoans of America. His number 1-727-827-8056. After discussing the ins and outs of a loan, he stated that for a loan of $1000.00 USD (which was their minimum amount) and my credit score being low that a security payment of $186.00 was required up front. He stated that it was refundable. I was instructed to go to a WalMart and secure a green dot Visa card or green dot moneypak card and call him once I had loaded the card and to give him the number off the back of the card. I did so and was told that the money would be deposited to my visa account within 2.5 hours and to call him once it was posted. I waited and I have been waiting ever since. I have repeatedly called the number I spoke to him on and all I get is an answering machine. The loan was important. To cover necesities for my daughter who lives with her mother in california, and I had planned to be there for her birthday which is tomarrow. My heart is broken. I am infuriated. Both at Mr. Hartman and myself. This has caused great emotional hardship for myself and my daughter who is expecting to see her dad for her 15th birthday. I want to know how to have this person removed from the face of this earth and not have other people like him destroy other peoples lives and hopes for help.
