purchased an electronic cigarette offered at a special reduced price.they took my visa card details for payment.there was no mention about setting up a direct debit so went ahead.there was no mention about them AUTOMATICALLY sending out re-fill tip replacements.so imagine my surprise when there was a package marked SIGNED FOR with NO address from where it came until it was opened.on opening the package it then was apparent who it was from.when opened there was 2 boxes of 5 tips with a document ID form.this ID form has NO authorisation from myself.it has NO information as to how much they intend to charge for their product.you have NO idea that they take any money from your bank until AFTER you receive their product.after going to my bank to see why their was a DIRECT DEBIT set up without authorisation i was informed that the company had set up a recurring transaction.a recurring transaction for those that dont know is where the company manually puts your bank details in.this company ecigs certainly DIDNT have MY permission to do this.
