After ordering the product on line in conjunction with the Bio Genisite for just the shipping cost of $3.95. this had a two week trial period with an extended two weeks. I realized it was not as good as advertized (Mary Kay was cheaper & better). Two weeks I called the number and canceled it before any money was drafted but at the end of the month trial they drafted 90.43. When I called they said it was on oversight but the systems were down and correct it when they could. I didn't follow up (my mistake) Today they drafted another payment of 95.46. I called and after a run around I spoke with a manager Chris Johnson. He first said they would refund today's only because there is no record of me canceling in time or of the past conversation. Then when I asked to speak to a manager he offered to pay back all of today's draft, half of the last one and add a free bottle of the product IF I drop further action. When I said I didn't want the product just a *FULL* refund I was told I will receive nothing at all then and hung up on me.
