i purchased two pairs of ugg boots online. they processed my card for more than what was shown by eight dollars gave me a order number that i cant use to find my order, then they gave me a tracking number which i cant use plus the company has no record of and i sent a email requesting my refund as a last resort and cannot get a reply on that either
