I bought a VHS to USB Adapter on 17 Oct 2012 but have yet to receive it despite numerous enquiries. I also paid and received a 7" Android Tableton 11 Dec 2012 but the Tablet cannot charge. Contacted Whypayfullprice several times but yet to receive any response. Two out of two purchases and both full payment taken but item/service not provide. Isn't this fraud?
