ON 12/13/12 I CALLED GATEWAY FOR TECH SUPPORT WITH A PASSWORD PROBLEM, NX THING I AM TALKED INTO PURCHASING A 3 YR PLAN. AFTER SALESMAN ADVISED ME THAT NO OBLIGATION IF NOT COMPLETLY HAPPY..I CALL 877-526-4466 S/W MAN IN INDIA. HE HUNG UP OM ME AFTER REALIZING HE WAS INCAPABLE....I CALL BACK WAIT ABOUT 40 MIN,. LONG STORY THIS GUY WAS DOWNRIGHT NAST, RUDE CONDESENDING, TOLD ME AT 1AM TO CALL AGAIN & HUNG UP. NEXT DAY I CALLED GATEWAY CORP, THEY TELL ME NOT THERE RESPONSIBILITY. I CALL INDIA REP, S/W SUPV.,NO HELP TO CANCEL.
