My husband lost his job last month. I had an electric bill I couldn't pay. I began researching different loans. I didn't except or sign any agreements. I decided against these kinds of loans because the interest rates were way too high. The following day 30.00 dallors was stolen from my checking account. This was theft!!!! I have a four month old son and a two year old daughter to support and they took the only money I had left to take care of them. I was heartbroken. I called them and they keep presuring me to get a loan I efused and they after an hour on the phone the lady finally said my money would be returned. Its been a month and mymoney has yet to be refunded. They are crooks. My bank said to get the money refunded I would have to close my account and file fruad charges. I am a veteran and using my GI Bill and also my finacial aid from sschool is set up for that account so closing it would not be an acceptable solution. I am so offended that if my money is not returned by the 19 which would make 30 days I am filing criminal charges. I am willing to spend whatever I have to on lawyers and court costs. These criminals should not get away with this. The kind of person even looking in to this kind of loan is obviously in a crisis situation already. I want my money back I have no Christmas presents for my kids. That 30 bucks made a big difference in my life and they had no right to steal it from my family!!!!!!!!
