Baruch was suppose to cleanse and repair my basement and various repairs on first floor for a sum of 12,000. I gave him a deposit of 5,000 and he talked me into giving him 14,000 that would supposedly make 15% interest in 3 months. This money was given with a bank check to Corby Meyer, who manages Bay Terrace shopping Center. Baruch never did the work and I told him I didnt need his services after not doing anything for two weeks, while the mold spread in my house and I asked for all of my money back, 19,000 in total. He told me that at any time I wanted to cancel and get my money back it would be okay. He has lied and procrastinated and has not kept updated me. He isnt giving me back my money and I need to get it back. DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR SERVICE. HE ALSO OWNS A BAGEL STORE IN BAY TERRACE SHOPPING CENTER. AND DID THE SAME SCAM TO A MAN WHO GOES TO BAYSIDE CHABAD.
