I was charged $39.99 by Dri*avast software Luxembourg, on my credit card in August, only to just find that the free version was installed, and now they want me to pay $99 to one of their technicians to find out why - absolutely not acceptable.

It sound as if you contacted a 3rd party Avast Supplier as we do not charge any money at avast for technical support. Please contact us at [email protected] as it seems you may only need a license file to activate your subscription.
