I was told they would get me a loan and if I accepted loan then they would take a £79 fee. I never accepted a loan and I tried to cancel within the 7 day period.I was calling constantly to to cancel within 7 day period and it was always engaged or went on to an answering machine telling me to press 1 and they would get back to me but they didnt get back to me.I finally got through on the 7th day which was still within the time limit and they would not refund the £79 fee. What do I do now ? Thank u
