Went to a seminar for a travel club in Springfield Ma in Feb. 2011. They offered a free cruise and free flights for 2 people for attending the seminar. We declined the cruise but took the free airfare. However, we were told we needed to deposit 50.00 per person or 100.00 to cover taxes/fees etc.for our free tickets but the fee was fully refundable within a year (2/2012 in our case). I have tried contacting the travel company (reservations) by phone (disconnected) and by email (no response). Upon going on line I discovered the address listed for the company in NY state is for lease! I suspect we will never see our money again so be warned about so called "free" offers in the future! FCL
