These are approximate dates and cost as I have closed the account that they used to withdraw the funds. I remember a call and all the promises and received nothing, I noticed the money withdrawn from my account but closed the account not long after the initial call. I thought this would be the end of it. 12 months later I have received a collection leter saying if I settled with $495.50 they would waive the the remainder of the $707.85. Where do they get these numbers, they have provided nothing and suddenly I owe them! What should I do?
