Ordered online from www.getforevercomfy.com, originally just wanting the buy 1 get 1 for $40. After I gave my credit card and shipping info I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to 50% more gel cushion. I was curious but it didn't say how much, so I check the ok box. (I figured that I would see a sub total at the end and could stop at anytime.) It asked me how many total cushions I wanted so I put 2 thinking buy 1 and get 1 free.I declined the rest of the trash they were offering. After the last one it just said Congratulation!! your order has been processed and you've been charged 119.55. I immediately called their customer service and was told I couldn't cancel until the order has been processed. I called my bank who said there was nothing they could do until it shows up as a transaction. The transaction showed up 7 days later and I called forever comfy customer service again who told me that it had already been shipped and I can't cancel it. I then called my bank who told me to go to a branch and fill out the dispute form, so I did. Four days went by and I got 2 emails from forever comfy the first saying your order has been refunded 1 day after I filed at the bank. The other email said your order has been shipped on that same day 1 day after I filed at the bank. So I was lied to by their customer service who said it was shipped and I couldn't cancel it. So now I'm waiting 5 to 7 business days for the full amount to show back up in my account. I did call their customer service one more time to verify they were refunding everything and they did confirm. I asked if P & H normally get refunded and she said NO.
