I ordered a Sony videocam on Nov 18th, 2012 and received email confirming my order that same day. I didn't get any email from them for about a week afterwards so I called them and was told that the order was not confirmed until I called. Thereafter I waited for 2 more weeks to get my shipping confirmation and was told the item had shipped and to call customer service back on Dec 10 to get shipping tracking number. I just got off the phone with a Mr. Lance which told me the item was not available so I cancelled the order. This was only told to me after I spoke to 2-3 different people and heard many different stories, including they can't find my order # or they sent out some bracelet and battery which I didn't order, etc. Bottom line is these people are scammers, and they need to be shut down by the government or some proper authorities. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH BLATANT DISHONESTY AND FRAUD ON THE CONSUMER!!!!!!!!!! MY WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. ALSO IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE AND EXPECT TO BE ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 20-30 MIN AND LONGER. I AM NOT EVEN SURE IF THEY WILL STILL CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AS THEY ARE SO DISHONEST.
