I had ordered the free sample and paid 2.95 for it. It arrived and I tried to use it and my skin broke out with tons of pimples. Please note I have never had pimples prior to using this product in my life. I discontinued to use the product and garbaged it. About a month later I received another package with the same product I had put into the garbage. I never ordered another container of this useless product. With this package came an invoice for the amount of $79.87 which they applied once again to my credit card, with no authorization from me to do so. I phoned and received an authorization number to return to sender, which I did. When I received my credit card statement the amt. was still applied on the statement. I called again 1-866-405-1578 to speak with a customer service person. In the background it was so noisy that he kept having to repeat all my info.He claims that it will take up to 10 days for the refund to be applied to my card. I asked him why it was ever sent as I did not order, where did you get my credit card number from cause he claims that they do not keep our credit card numbers on file. I told him to cancel any other orders that they planed on sending to me or I would report this scam to the police. He claims that all will be cancelled and I will get my refund back within the next 10 days.
PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY THIS USELESS CREAM THAT THEY ADVERTISE TO BE SO GOOD. IT IS A SCAM. THE PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS.
