I ordered a dress from this website thinking I might get a decent deal. I was not expecting the best results but they had a really good return policy so i went through with the purchase thinking if I wasn't staisfied I could just return it. I am still waiting after over a week's worth of emails back and forth for an RMA number to return the cheap costume version of a wedding dress they sent me. the quality was horrible and I am still being hassled to keep the dress for their $50 compensation. This dress is not worth $50, much less the almost $400 i spent. The refuse to give me an RMA number to send the dress back. I doubt very strongly I will ever see that RMA number, much less my refund.

- Be careful with Hellobridals.com. They must be the same company. They have the same sortiment, structure of webpage, phone number and they send answers from the same email ([email protected]) as Seabridal.com. These complaints here at Scambook stopped me from ordering a dress from them. Thanks!
