I was charged $39.94 per Mastercard for services for 12 months. They tried to clean up my computer and make it faster and all they did was bugger it up. Repairs were over $350.00. and they keep pestering me to have another go at it. When I tried to cancel their services, I can't get on to a web site for them and in March 2013, they will automatically charge me for another 12 months of their services. How can I stop this scam.
