I phoned your Uk Head Office yesterday asking
for help with your offers by email.
I spoke to a young lady regarding a problem I am getting regarding reading your offers.
What is happening is that a black banner is
over riding the email text with the wording
Image Could not Load. This is repeated time after time until some 12-20 banners cover the main part of any offer. The young lady (I didn't ask her name) tried to help but after
10 minutes without success I asked her to phone me back with a solution to the problem
which she agreed to do. No phone call came and nothing was left on my answer phone. Very disappointing as a regular customer I am unable to book further offers until the matter is resolved. I am most upset that I was not phoned back! John Taylor (Personal Information Removed)
