They telemarketed me and I researched them online and they looked good so I paid them $2700 and they guaranteed, in writing, to get me a loan modification on my mortgage down to 2.875%. I provided them all the documents they requested, month after month. And now I have been served foreclosure papers and I cannot get anyone to return my calls and now their message boxes are full and I cannot even leave a message. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. But I have no money back and nobody working on my house and am now in foreclosure......
