I was contacted by Key 1 Solutions and was told that they could contact my creditors to lower my interest rate and save me money. I was promised a full refund if they were not able to full fill their promise. I spoke with a Vanessa and a few other persons on Oct. 4, 2012. My credit card was debited the next day. I did receive a packet of papers which I completed and returned. When I didn't hear back from anyone I tried to call the phone number that I was given, 1-888-599-7112 and each time I get a fast busy sound. I am a single mother and cannot afford this loss.
