I paid this man for several photos he had taken on behalf of my business and despite many emails and calls, he has not delivered and simply taken by cash and ran!
It is important that nobody else falls for his scam of taking money and not delivering.
He comes across as being a nice guy with a french accent but he is actually a complete conman.

- Are you intending to submit any factual evidence to back your claims.I have had dealings with Mr Jouet and find him to be of impeccable standing.I also have checked his email address and that which you have supplied, the email you have supplied is non existent unless you are prepared to prove otherwise, I suggest Mr Godley or Mr West or whoever you are that to besmirch someones name for a financial benefit is a pecuniary advantage which in law is a criminal action.
