i was approached by a representative of hill pinsent who said i was overpaying my concil tax when compared to my next door neighbours. he advised that the fee was £149 and this was paid by 3 instaments. he advised that i could be entitled to over £1800and that i would be kept upto date with the process. he also stated and if by chance they were unsuccessful in the claim, that i would receive a refund of £50.I received a comfirmation by letter dated 11th May and received nothing since this time. I have attemted to contact the company on many occasions and now the telephone number is unobtainable.I feel that this has been a scam
