I received a notification in the mail saying I won $2,536,092.23 . And all I had to do was fill out the attached Express Notice Tracking Form , along with a total amount of $20.00 fee . Said it had to be postmarked by midnight , 12/05/12 and it would be delivered by a bonded federal carrier . I didn't think to look it up on line until after the fact . When I looked it up I found tons of other people writing about the same thing . I am also disabled and was so hoping that this was a dream come true ...... but it wasn't .
