Ordered a Nikon D5000 on 11-26-12. No word or contact on shipping until 12-4-12 when I recieved a phone call from "Allen". I didn't answer and his msg was for me to call to discuss my order. (I had given them my cc number online for the order already so whats to discuss??? I called back after I got off work on 12-4. Got Allens voice mail. I left a msg. I recieved an email saying they could not process my order until I called. I called back on 12-5. The complaints I have read are true. The just want to sell you a lot of over priced "add ons". Don't trust them. I canceled the order. So far they have not tried to charge my cc. My advice is to check on this company before you buy.
