I Received a Check for $3,980, drawn on the Johnson Bank at 245 N Main, Racine, WI 53402-3108. This check was to pay for the taxes due on a winning lottery ticket that is due 20% of $3 million. I bought no such ticket. A second "tax" is still to be paid in cash by me directly to the tax agent noted on the letter. The teaser check isn't worth the paper it is so artfully printed on.
