I was contacted by and Indian gentlemen named Paul, phone number 02032904312, and advised that I was approved for a £10,000 loan. After going through the APR, repayment options, etc., he told me that because my credit rating was low, that I had to pay him £199 in the form of a ukash voucher in order to have the money in my account that night. He also said he would fully refund the £199 with the £10k. I asked why I had to pay if it would just be returned to me within an hour, I did not understand his explanation. "Paul" called me 26 times between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to see if I had obtained the voucher. I continued to question him about the legitimacy and he continued to assure me that he would take care of me. Needless to say, I did not pay the £199 and this was obviously blatant and cruel fraud. He was preying on my need for the money as I am diagnosed with stage 2 cancer and need a special operation. Anything that can be done about this company needs to be. It should also be noted he said the company was also called Advance or Advanced Loans.
