Web site claims to be selling Dr Dre head phones. Ordered and paid for them on the 15th waited for customer acknowledgement number and tracking number. These never arrived. After numerous emails with garbled and unintelligible responses the headphones arrived on the 30 th of November and no surmises by now the headphones are fake and unusable, the customer service is non existent,- by the way there is a new email on it now for customer [email protected].
Anyone coming into contact with Jack Hane avoid at all costs
